Diaries

 Week 1:

This week we created a survey to gather information for our podcast, we have listed a few topics that me and my teammate could discuss for our podcast. The information that we will get will determine our groups topic and guest. It was quite unfortunate for us because we were missing one member, we had to decide the genre of the podcast without him. We listed what the topic that we could talk about for our podcast  and we have predicted that one of the topic is going to be pick by a lot of student and decide to do a bit of research while waiting for a week or so to get responses.

Week 2:

This week we summarize the survey that we've shared to our classmate. 55 people have responded to our survey and we are correct with our prediction. From the survey we have gather, we decide to start to write our script, for our script we decide to only write the main point for each episodes so it sound natural and not scripted And we decide Let me Tell you as our podcast name. We listen to a podcast in the beginning of our class which is always sunny podcast and 5 minutes history.

Week 3:  

This week its was mainly us experimenting with software that we will use to make the podcast. We have  a few software that might help us to make our podcast which are adobe premiere pro, after effect, cap cut and alight motion. We decide to use premiere as it way more efficient than the other. We did listen to a few music sample to put on for our intro and outro. Then we try to record the intro with the best quality we could and merge it with the music sample, before that we listen to a few sample of podcast introduction. We decide to change our podcast name to Hear Me out

Week 4:

This week one of our member had to attend a basketball match so we did the best we could to do things for our project. We didn't do a lot today other than trying to figure out our sponsors and how to record out podcast. Mr. Wayan showed us the equipment that are suitable for us, from the most expensive to the cheapest. He showed us how to use each equipment properly and we record the video so we know how to use it, after that is done, we decide to choose one of the stall from our canteen for our sponsor. 

Week 5:

This week two of the podcast member are sick and I didn't do too much because I couldn't make the decision for the group, it wouldn't be optimal enough if I make the decision alone. I texted my teammates and told them that I would be in charge of social media, the logo and thumbnail they have their own roles as well. I did a research on Instagram and pick a few ideas to put on our social media as well as the logo and thumbnail and we are done with the script, all we need is to record the podcast
